PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To carry out assembly of a damping rack to the sequences, the return dismantling, considering at the same time the following.
2. To establish details of the inlet valve on a saddle, as shown in rice. Installation of details of the inlet valve on a saddle.
3. After installation of a saddle of the valve of compression in the case to check a free wheeling of a throttle disk and the inlet valve. At the same time it is necessary to watch that the spring did not go beyond a surface of disks.
4. After a press fitting the saddle should not be pressed off from the case under the influence of effort of 270 N (25 kgfs).
5. The case of the valve of compression is assembled pressed in the cylinder by easy percussion on the periphery of the case after its combination with the cylinder.
6. To establish a spring, perepuskny the valve, a throttle disk and the piston on a rod (see rice. Installation of details of the perepuskny valve on a rod and Installation of the piston on a rod).
7. To check a free wheeling of disks.
8. Crosswise deepening of a lock nut has to be turned towards a spring.
9. Moment of an inhaling of a nut of fastening of the piston of 30-50 N · m (3–5 kgfs · l), lock nut of 20-30 N · m (2–3 kgfs · м).
10. For removal from liquid of mechanical impurity it should be filtered if in previously merged liquid there is water, or the rack was operated without liquid replacement more than 5 years, it is necessary to replace liquid.
11. To fill in in the working cylinder assembled with the valve of compression and installed in the tank (up to the top) and in the tank (rest) (340±5) смЗ damping MGP-10 liquid (see rice. Filling of damping liquid).
12. at installation of a rod 1 (see rice. Installation of a rod with the piston assembled and piston rings in the working cylinder) with the piston in the working cylinder 3 to raise the last over the tank, to place a svertny ftoroplastovy ring 2 in a pro-point on the piston and, holding a ring, to enter it together with the piston into the working cylinder, without allowing immersion of a rod in the cylinder is deeper than the top surface of the limiter of the course of a release.

14. The cuff of a rod and a sealing ring of the tank at repair is recommended to be replaced new.
15. A working surface of a cuff (between sealing edges) fill with mix 1,5 g of a disulfide of molybdenum, GOST 212-76 and 0,5 of of damping liquid (mix of a consistence of dense sour cream), distributing evenly on an internal surface of a cuff.
16. At installation of a cuff on a rod and then the cuff which is previously subcollected with a sealing ring in the tank it is necessary to use conical mandrels, as shown in rice. Conical mandrels for installation of a cuff and a sealing ring in the tank not to damage working edges of a cuff and a ring.
17. Installation of a cuff with a sealing ring in the tank and an inhaling of a nut of the tank (fig. Installation of a cuff with a sealing ring in the tank) it is necessary to make at completely put forward rod (against the stop the release course limiter in a rod guide) a special key: moment of an inhaling of a nut of 120-150 N · m (12–15 kgfs · м).
