PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To install the car on the horizontal platform of the elevator or a viewing hole and to slow down back wheels the lever of the parking brake.
2. To take off decorative caps and to weaken bolts of fastening of disks of forward wheels, without turning out them.
3. To lift a forward part of a body, to remove wheels and to lower a body on supports.
4. To put tags And (see rice. Fastening of a support of a telescopic rack) a relative positioning of the case 3 support are resistant concerning a body mudguard.
5. To turn off a koronchaty nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of steering draft and to vypressovat his finger from a conical opening of the rotary lever by means of a stripper.
6. To turn off two self-stopped nuts of bolts 30 (see rice. The forward suspension bracket of the car) fastenings of flanges of a telescopic rack to a lug of a rotary fist and freely to remove the top bolt.
7. The lower bolt is taken from an opening only by method of its reversing from a carving opening of the adjusting ram 51 which remains in a fist opening. For an exception of casual drop-out of the ram of a nest it is necessary to fix the ram by a soft wire.
8. To disconnect flexible brake hoses from an arm of a telescopic rack.
9. After removal of three nuts 1 (see rice. Fastening of a support of a telescopic rack) fastenings of a support to a cup of a mudguard to lower a telescopic rack down.

Adjustment

For avoidance of violation of angles of installation of the operated wheels it is recommended to carry out after dismantling works of a rack adjustment at the special stand.

In case of lack of the special stand as an exception, the following technique of removal of a damping rack without violation of an initial corner of disorder of forward wheels is allowed.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before an otvorachivaniye of the lower bolt 30 (see rice. A forward suspension bracket of the car) it is necessary to mark with a kerneniye a relative positioning of one of bolt head sides concerning a rack tank bracket.
2. Further it is necessary to weaken a nut of the lower adjusting bolt, and then to wrap the lower bolt against the stop, considering at the same time quantity of turns.
3. After separation of a rack with a fist to fix the ram.
4. At installation of a rack to twirl an adjusting bolt against the stop, and then to turn off a bolt on the same quantity of turns before combination of adjusting tags, its tax against the stop and, holding a bolt head from a provorachivaniye, to tighten a nut.
