6.1.8. Dismantling of a telescopic rack

Installation of a telescopic rack in the device for dismantling

1 – adaptation screw;

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To squeeze the screw 1 spring 2 suspension brackets approximately on 100 mm.
2. To remove a rubber cover 16 (see rice. The forward suspension bracket of the car) and to make a tag at a rod end face, having combined it with a tag And (see rice. Fastening of a support of a telescopic rack) on the case of the support made earlier before removal of a rack from a car body.
3. To turn off a face key 4 (see rice. Installation of a telescopic rack in the device for dismantling) a nut 23 (see rice. A forward suspension bracket of the car), holding a restrictive washer 11 derzhavka 3 (see rice. Installation of a telescopic rack in the device for dismantling) with pins.
4. To remove a restrictive washer 22 (see rice. The forward suspension bracket of the car) and to dismiss a spring to a free state.
5. To remove the lower mouth of a rubber cover 16 from a damping rack 9.
6. To lift the top cup of the 20th spring together with details of the persistent bearing.
7. To remove from the top cup of a spring the plastic persistent bearing 13 withheld due to easy landing together with a heel of the 14th bearing and a protective ring 15.
8. To remove a suspension bracket spring, having made on it a mark for the subsequent its installation on the former place.
9. To turn off the self-stopped nuts on bolts of fastening of the lever of a steering trapeze to the lower cup of a spring and to remove the lever 27.
10. To remove the buffer of compression 11 withheld on a rack rod due to elasticity of rubber from a rod.
