6.1.9.3. Dismantling of a damping rack

Damping racks of a forward suspension bracket

1 – compression valve springs;
2 – piston nut;
3 – tank bracket external;
4 – tank bracket;
5 – amplifier of a cup of a spring;
6 – ring;
7 – tank nut;
8 – a rod cuff with springs;
9 – rod guide;
10 – tank;
11 – working cylinder;
12 – rod;
13 – spring cup lower;
14 – release course limiter;
15 – lock ring;

16 – basic plug restrictive;
17 – release valve;
18 – spring of the perepuskny valve;
19 – perepuskny valve;
20 – throttle disk of the valve of a release;
21 – release valve spring;
22 – piston ring;
23 – lock nut;
24 – piston;
25 – compression valve;
26 – compression valve saddle;
27 – throttle disk of the valve of compression;
28 – compression valve cup;
29 – compression valve case;
30 – tank bottom

In any of these options operability of a rack remains.

With two valves – compression and a release – the throttle disk 20 of the valve of a release has three prosechka.

With one valve – the release valve – the opening for the valve of a release is muffled, and the throttle disk 13 of the valve of a release has five просечек.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn off a nut of 1 tank 10 and to take from it a rod 12 with the working cylinder 11.
2. To remove from a rod a cuff 8, a ring 6 and a guide 9.
3. In case the guide did not leave of the working cylinder to beat out it the copper hammer.
4. To remove from the piston a ftoroplastovy ring 22, and from a rod – the limiter of the course of a release 14. The support 16 of the limiter of the course of a release and a lock ring 15 is not recommended to be removed.
5. To merge damping liquid.
6. To clamp a rod 12 in a vice for a lyska on its fixing shaft.
7. To turn off a nut of fastening of the piston 2 to a rod 12 and to remove the piston 24, a throttle disk 20, perepuskny the valve 19 and its spring 18.
8. To take from a rod the 12th spring 1 and the valve of a release 17.
9. To separate the compression valve case from the working cylinder.
10. To Vypressovat a compression valve saddle (only in case of need!) from the case.
