6.1.9.6. Check of a damping rack after its assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check work of a rack manually: at a vdviganiye and a vydviganiye of a rod at any its provisions on length of the course and an angle of rotation there should not be jammings.
2. The effort at slow axial movement at the beginning of the course of compression should not exceed 40 N (4 kgfs), after a full speed of compression the rod has to "spontaneously", move forward under the influence of the internal pressure of air not less, than on 30–50 mm of the course.
3. To sustain a rack within 10–12 hours in horizontal position or vertically, the fixing end of a rod down, having provided completely moved provision of a rod.
4. The leak of liquid is not allowed, and the rod after its release has to move forward "spontaneously".
5. If necessary (existence of malfunctions) it is necessary to sort a rack and to eliminate malfunctions.
