6.1.9.4. Technical condition of details of a damping rack after dismantling

To wash out all removed details and the tank of a rack gasoline or kerosene, to wipe dry with the material which is not leaving fibers and to check carefully, paying at the same time attention to the following:

  – internal diameter (a working surface) of the guide plug assembled has to be within (25±0,6) mm. The working surface of the plug of a guide should not have considerable wear of a ftoroplastovy layer, the prostupaniye of a bronze layer on a small surface is allowed;
  – a working part of a rod has to have diameter of 25-0,019-0,042 mm, to be smooth (a roughness of Ra 0,04), without zadir and scratches, without violation of a chromic covering;
  – disks of perepuskny and inlet valves and throttle disks of valves of a release and compression should not be deformed and should not have considerable wear, ring developments in throttle disks no more than 0,05 mm in depth are allowed, not planeness of disks has to be within 0,06 mm;
  – basic ring surfaces under throttle disks on the piston and the case of the valve of compression should not be damaged, correction of these surfaces by grinding in on a plate then flute depth between ledges has to be not less than 0,7 mm, and about the central opening – not less than 0,2 mm is allowed;
  – the limiter of the course of a release should not have gaps or considerable residual deformation (its height has to be not less than 12 mm, and outer diameter  – no more than 34 mm);
  – replacement of a cuff is obligatory in the presence of a liquid leak from a damping rack; besides, the cuff should not have cracks (anguishes) and peeling of rubber from fittings, the top spring of a cuff should not be a korrodirovana;
  – the ring of consolidation of the tank should not have anguishes and violation of a form of a circle diameter (2,5±0,2) mm in cross section;
  – on the conic landing surface of polyamide valves of a release and compression ring deepenings in the place of contact with landing surfaces of a rod and a saddle of the valve of compression no more than 0,3 mm in depth are allowed;
  – the ring of the piston has to have thickness not less than 1,4 mm;
  – it is necessary to pay special attention to absence on all details of agnails which could lead to a contamination of damping liquid and valves during the work of a rack.
