PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At damage of a nave or the bearing it is necessary to remove a rotary fist with brakes and a nave in collecting (see subsection 6.1.6.2).
2. To Vypressovat a nave 35 (see rice. A forward suspension bracket of the car) from internal rings of the bearing 33 by means of a stripper (see fig. of Vypressovk of a nave).
3. Before a vypressovka of the bearing it is necessary to clear internal cavities of a nave to exclude teases on landing surfaces under the bearing, and to remove from a rotary fist a bracket 2 (see rice. Removal of a rotary fist) brakes and the disk 3 of a brake fixed by pins.
4. In special openings with a diameter of 6,5 mm in a flange of a nave three ravnovysoky pins 5 (see fig. of Vypressovk of a nave) to dia are established. 6,3 mm and about 70 mm long.
5. For an exception of a distortion and jamming the effort of a vypressovka is distributed evenly between pins at the expense of a floating heel 4.
6. Before a vypressovka of an external ring from a rotary fist it is necessary to remove a lock ring.
7. It is allowed to make a vypressovka of the bearing, leaning on an internal ring as the vypressovanny bearing is unsuitable for further operation.
