| 2. To remove the upholstery of a door, details which are on it and moisture protective valves. |
| 3. To remove the internal lower sealant 3 lowering glasses fastening to the top flange four spring holders 2 and an external subwindow slip 6. For renting of a sealant and a slip it is enough to pull of them for one edge up and to overcome resistance of the fixing short moustaches on holders 2 and on a metal part of a slip. |
| 4. To disconnect glass from a window regulator for what to turn off two bolts 1, holding at the same time glass. At an otvorachivaniye of bolts to arrange glass on height so that heads of bolts settled down at the level of assembly openings in the internal panel of a door. |
| 5. To develop the disconnected glass in a door to an exit it from a fillet 4, to lift and take out outside through a groove in the top part of a door. If renting of lowering glass from a door causes difficulties, then previously remove a window regulator. |
| 6. To sort the taken-out glass for what to insert the screw-driver into a gap between glass 2 (see rice. Lowering glass of a forward door) both a holder of 1 forward door, and, respectively, glass 3 (see rice. Lowering glass of a back door) and holder of 1 back door. |
| 7. Then to correct a holder. Groove width in a holder under glass has to be: above — 7,5 mm, below — 8,5 mm (see rice. Lowering glass of a forward door). |
| 8. To press new lowering glass with rubber laying in the corrected holder as it is shown on rice. Lowering glass of a forward door and rice. Lowering glass of a back door. To make a press fitting of glass on the press with manual giving or by means of the hammer. |
| 9. In the latter case to rest glass the top part against a wooden support, having enclosed previously soft laying. To impose rubber laying on an edge of glass 3 (see rice. Lowering glass of a forward door) and 2 (see rice. Lowering glass of a back door) I will also embrace, after that blows of the hammer through wooden whetstone to press glass against the stop. |
| 10. Then to cut off laying flush with edges of a holder. Correctly pressed glass should not move forward from a holder by effort of hands. |
| 11. To insert the repaired glass in a door through the groove which is available in the top part of a door, having developed glass for simplification of its input inside. |
| 12. To lower the ram of a window regulator and profit bolts 1 (see rice. Installation of lowering glass of a forward door) through the lower assembly openings in the internal panel of a door. |
| 13. To lift glass rotation of the handle of a window regulator to the level of the top assembly openings, it is correct to expose glass on a frame and to finally tighten bolts. |
