Plastic facing of a radiator 8 (see rice. Installation of facing of a radiator and the forward buffer) fastens to a body like "hatchback" and "pickup" equally in nine places: the top part of facing fastens four brackets 13 to the top cross-piece of a motor-compartment, the lower part – two self-cutting screws 9 to right 10 and left to arms of facing of a radiator, arms in turn fasten: right – two same screws, and left – one to forward racks of a motor-compartment of a body. From below facing of a radiator through the decorative edging is adjoined by the forward buffer 4.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. For removal of facing of a radiator from a body it is enough to turn out two lower self-cutting the screw 9 and to remove four brackets of the 13th top fastening. |
| 2. The arms fixed on side racks of a motor-compartment and lamellar nuts 12 should not be removed. |
| 3. To remove brackets of the top fastening of facing of a radiator, it is necessary to pick up the screw-driver a bracket bottom for a conclusion of short moustaches of a bracket from under edge of a cut of facing of a radiator. |
| 4. Under these brackets there are strips of an adhesive tape protecting the fastening surfaces from damage. |
| 5. To carry out installation of facing of a radiator on a body, paying attention to receiving identical gaps between edges of facing of a radiator and optical elements of headlights. The size of gaps has to be no more than 5 mm. |
| 6. Besides, it is necessary to paste on places of fastening by brackets of the 13th strip of an adhesive tape 38 mm wide. |
