The back board of a platform 12 is hung on the body case by means of loops by a motionless link 16 welded on a board, and mobile 17 – fixed by screws 15 and bolts 13 to the platform 5 basis. The design of fastening of loops on a body by means of a mobile plate 14 allows to make, in case of need, adjustment of provision of a back board in a body aperture.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Having substituted a suitable support at the level of a platform floor to open a back board. |
2. Having established a back board in situation (about 40-50 ° from a vertical) at which the groove in the top link of the limiter 11 coincides with a shaped shaft of an axis of fastening of the limiter 7 to remove the limiter from the axis located at an end face of a side board of the 10th platform. |
3. Having turned the lower link of the limiter 11 as it is described above to remove the limiter from the axis located on a back board. |
4. To make the above described operations for the second limiter and to lower a back board on a support. |
5. To turn out screws 15 and bolts of the 13th fastening of loops and to remove a back board together with loops. |
6. Installation of a back board is made in the return sequence. |
7. At the same time, without tightening screws and bolts of fastening of loops to a body it is final, to adjust the provision of a board in an aperture movement of mobile plates of fastening of loops, having provided uniform gaps on all perimeter of a board. Final moments of an inhaling of screws 15 (8–12 N · l), bolts 13 (12–18 N · м). |
