10.2.19. Removal and installation of the forward bufferFastening of the forward buffer 4 (see rice. Installation of facing of a radiator and the forward buffer) to a body like "hatchback" and "pickup" it is identical and it is carried out in six places: four bolts 5 and 11 and two screws 7.
The forward buffer 4 fastens in front to nuts on the lower cross-piece of a motor-compartment two bolts, sideways to a nastavka of the lower cross-piece of a motor-compartment (the nut is on the buffer) and from below to arms on a submotor frame. On arms there are lamellar nuts 6.
Access to bolts of forward fastening of the buffer opens if to remove facing of a radiator (see subsection 10.2.18); to a bolt of the left side of side fastening – only after removal of the lower directing engine cooling system radiator casing.
The lower points of fastening of the buffer coincide with points of fastening of the pallet of 1 buffer.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. If it is necessary to disconnect the pallet 1 from the buffer, then for this purpose it is necessary to unscrew except two screws 7 of the lower fastening of the buffer three more screws 3 fastenings of the pallet to the buffer. |
| 2. For removal of the lattices which are on the buffer it is necessary to draw in fixing ledges on the top edge of a lattice so that when pressing a lattice ledges could pass in an aperture on the buffer. |
| 3. For installation of lattices on the buffer it is necessary to put bottom edge of a lattice on bottom edge of an aperture and, having taken lattice ledges an aperture edge, to press on a lattice, having pushed it in an aperture, overcoming resistance of ledges. |
