10.2.16. Removal and installation of a door of a back of a body like "hatchback"

Door 8 (see rice. Fragments of sections of a body like "hatchback" on side doors, a back door, a cowl and forward wings) a back it is hung on the body case by means of loops. The design of loops allows to remove a door, without breaking its adjustment.

Mobile part 9 of a loop is welded on a door, and the motionless part 7 of a loop consisting of an arm and actually a loop is attached to the body case. Both elements of a motionless part of a loop are fastened among themselves and at the same time fasten to the body case a bolt 6.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To turn out bolts 6 which are under a back part of an upholstery of a roof. 2. To remove a door. 3. During the work with the removed door try not to weaken nuts 13 (see rice. Fragments of sections of a body like "hatchback" on side doors, a back door, a cowl and forward wings, a look E) and not to move arms of loops, otherwise the provision of a door in its aperture will be violated. 4. Installation is made as it should be the return to removal.
