9.7.3. Brake shoes of a forward brake

Blocks are subject to replacement if thickness of their slips decreased to 3 mm.

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take out a clamp 10 (see rice. Brake mechanisms of forward wheels) and to remove fingers 14.
2. To drown pistons in the case of cylinders. For an utaplivaniye of pistons in the case it is possible to use the screw-driver as the lever, being careful at the same time not to damage antisplash covers on pistons.
3. To take out an internal brake shoe 3.
4. To shift a frame of 1 by 5-6 mm on itself and, having moved an external block towards a brake disk, to remove it.
5. To establish a new external block so that on its ledge in a middle part the frame laid down.
6. To move a frame from itself, having pressed a frictional surface of a block to a brake disk.
7. To establish an internal block.
8. To establish fingers 14, having wrung out a frame 1.
9. On fingers to establish a clamp 10.
