PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clamp a spring its middle part in the vice having not tempered sponges or laying from soft metal (aluminum, copper, etc.).
2. To unbend collars of a spring and to remove them together with rubber laying.
3. To turn off a nut of a center bolt and moving apart a vice, to dismiss a spring.

Prevention

Unacceptably otvorachivany nuts of a center bolt of a spring without its fixing in a vice as sheets in a spring are established with a preliminary tightness and at removal of a nut they will sharply be straightened that can lead to injuries.


4. Assembly of a spring after replacement of the broken sheets, and also worn-out protivoskripny laying and laying of collars is made in the sequence, the return dismantling.
