6.2.7.2. Main and additional springs of a back suspension bracket

At detection of breakages or deformation of sheets of springs to repair springs or to replace new. The springs intended for installation in a suspension bracket have to be one group. Belonging of springs to specific group is determined by a control arrow at control load of 2450 N (250 kgfs). Springs of the first group are marked by one strip of paint on the lower surface of a radical leaf, the second – two.

To check spring draft, previously прожав its two times for size of 250-260 mm from a free state. The spring should not have residual deformation. The control arrow is defined with an average size of two values – at a natruzheniye and a razgruzheniye of a spring. Unloading of a spring is made from the effort exceeding control on 1470 N (150 kgfs). At the same time the control arrow for springs of the first group has to be 35 mm, for springs of the second group of 55 mm.

Additional springs are made one dimensional group and are not marked in any way. The additional spring, suitable for installation for the car, has to have a control arrow of 77±5 mm at control load of 760 N (76 kgfs). The control arrow of an additional spring is defined by the same way, as for the main spring. The size of preliminary double draft is 125 mm. Unloading of a spring is made from the effort exceeding control on 1000 N (100 kgfs).
