Back suspension bracket of the car – dependent on two longitudinal semielliptical main springs 1 with two longitudinal additional springs ("podressornik") 2 with the buffers 11 working together with hydraulic telescopic gas-filled shock-absorbers 10 of bilateral action and rubber buffers 13 of the course of compression.
The basic bearing element of a suspension bracket is the beam of tubular section welded with flanges of fastening of pins of wheels and pillows of fastening of springs.
The beam by means of step-ladders 5 through overlays of 4 additional springs, linings of 3 additional springs and an overlay of step-ladders is connected to back springs 1 and additional springs 23.
The forward ear of a spring via rubber plugs 14 is connected to the arm welded on a body longeron. The back ear of a spring is connected to the body basis through the shaking earrings. The lower finger of an earring is connected to a back ear of a spring, and top is installed via rubber plugs 14 in the plug, vvareny in a back part of a longeron of the basis of a body.
The main springs consist of six sheets made, the steel 50 HGA connected by the central bolt and two collars. Five top sheets of a spring are executed from a strip of a trapezoid form, four of them (except top) have the delayed ends. The lower, sixth leaf – rectangular section without delay of the ends. The forward ear of a radical leaf is bent so that its center lay in the plane passing through the middle of a leaf. The back ear is inflexed from the leaf plane. In both ears of a radical leaf also razvaltsovanna from both эторон thin-walled steel plugs are pressed. Between the ends of sheets polyethylene laying, and between collars and sheets – rubber laying is established that excludes emergence of a scratch and need of lubricant of springs.
Additional springs 2 are executed from two sheets (the sheets N3 and N4 of the main spring).
Shock-absorbers of a back suspension bracket hydraulic, telescopic, bilateral action, a one-pipe design, gas-filled, fasten the lower eye to fingers of overlays of step-ladders the self-stopped nuts, and the top eye – via rubber plugs bolts and the self-stopped nuts – to the top arm welded on the body basis. Shock-absorbers have plastic casings for protection of the chromeplated rods against hit of road dirt and for increase in angular rigidity of a back suspension bracket are installed obliquely in the cross direction.
Prevention
In shock-absorbers there is a nitrogen under high pressure – about 2,5 MPas. These shock-absorbers are not subject to dismantling and repair out of service stations of the cars having the necessary equipment without which dismantling of shock-absorbers is inadmissible in connection with a possibility of receiving life-threatening injuries. The nave of a back wheel fastens to a flange of a beam of the back bridge in the same way, as well as on cars of fashion. 2141-01, 21412-01, 214122, 214123 (see rice. Removal of a nave with a brake board from a beam of a back suspension bracket). The design and operating conditions of stupichny knot are also completely similar to the above-stated models.
