6.2.7.4. Protivoskripny laying of springs and collarsThe polyethylene protivoskripny laying established between sheets of the main and additional springs has high wear resistance. However, after long operation they can be deformed and collapse that is determined by emergence of a characteristic scratch in a back suspension bracket.
The worn-out or destroyed protivoskripny laying can be replaced on the car without removal of springs.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To lift a jack a car body to a wheel separation from the road, to substitute under a technological emphasis on the basis of a body a reliable support and to remove a wheel. |
2. Having consistently wrung out the ends of sheets the big screw-driver, to remove the remains of worn-out protivoskripny laying and, without taking out the screw-driver, to establish on their place new (collars of sheets should not be removed). |

For improvement of operating conditions of springs to grease the rubbing surfaces of the ends of sheets with graphitic lubricant.
Rubber laying of collars of the main springs at their excessive wear can be replaced directly on the car without removal of springs and posting of a body.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Working from below the car (it is desirable, from a viewing hole), by means of the hammer and a chisel to unbend their bent on the top surface of a radical leaf, the ends. |
2. Having removed collars together with worn-out rubber laying from the pins executed on the lower surface of the fifth leaf to establish new laying and to collect collars on springs in the sequence, the return to removal. |
