6.2.7.1. Beam of a back suspension bracket

To check a condition of a beam, pillows of springs, welding seams, carvings in beam flanges. In the presence of cracks or considerable deformation of the specified details and welding seams to replace a beam.

Carrying out welding works of large volume is not recommended as it can lead to violation of angles of installation of wheels which adjustment by a design is not provided. Insignificant subcooking by arc welding of seams of fastening of an arm of a rack of the regulator of pressure in a hydraulic actuator of back brakes and pillows of fastening of springs is allowed.
