Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To turn off drum clamps, to remove a drum and blocks of a brake.
2. To turn off four bolts 1 (see rice. Removal of a nave with a brake board) fastenings of a nave to a flange of a beam and to remove a nave from a beam of a back suspension bracket 2.
3. To remove a cap 3 naves.
4. To turn off a nut 39 (see rice. A back suspension bracket of the car) naves (before a nut otvorachivaniye, for preservation of a carving, to eliminate a jam of fillets of a nut in pin grooves).
5. To remove a lock ring 38 (see rice. A back suspension bracket of the car) and three pins 2 (see rice. Installation of device for a vypressovka of the hug bearing of a back wheel) devices through three openings with a diameter of 6,5 mm to vypressovat the bearing assembled with a nave from a pin in 1 way similar to a way of a vypressovka of the bearing from a nave of a forward wheel.
6. To Vypressovat the bearing from a nave, pressing on an internal ring of the bearing.

Prevention

After removal the bearing is unsuitable to use.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At installation of shock-absorbers on a body to watch the correct arrangement of pillows which should be established according to rice. Back suspension bracket of the car.
2. To make a press fitting of saylent-blocks in levers and a cross bar by means of special devices.
3. Before installation of a nave of a back wheel to press the bearing, leaning only on an external ring of the bearing in a nave 34 (see rice. Back suspension bracket of the car) back wheel.

Prevention

The press fitting with application of effort to an internal ring is inadmissible as it leads to deformation of balls of the bearing.


4. To establish a lock ring 38. To Napressovat the bearing assembled with a nave (leaning a mandrel only on an internal ring of the bearing) on the pin 36 subcollected with a brake board.

Prevention

The press fitting with application of effort on an external ring is inadmissible as it leads to deformation of balls of the bearing.


5. To establish a washer and a nut of the 39th nave, to tighten a nut: moment of an inhaling of 140-160 N · m (14–16 kgfs · м).

Prevention

The nut of the 39th nave is suitable only for single use.


6. To establish collected knot by means of four bolts on a flange of a beam of a back suspension bracket, then to establish blocks and a drum, to rumple the special tool nut fillets in grooves of a pin and to establish a protective cap of a nut.
7. At installation of springs of a suspension bracket bolts of levers have to be tightened with the small effort which is not interfering free rotation of saylent-blocks.
8. It is necessary to monitor the correct installation of springs in basic cups: the direct site which is available on the lower round of a spring has to be established in the corresponding substamping of a cup on a beam of a back suspension bracket.
9. In a suspension bracket springs of one group on loading have to be established (with identical quantity рисок).
10. Moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of saylent-blocks of levers and cross bar of 80-100 N · m (8–10 kgfs · l), nuts of fastening of shock-absorbers of 44-56 N · m (4,4–5,6 kgfs · м).
11. The final inhaling of nuts needs to be made only after the suspension bracket apprehends the mass of the car body installed on it (in order to avoid premature failure of saylent-blocks and rubber plugs).
12. After installation of a suspension bracket and connection of elements of brakes it is necessary to pump over the brake system.

6.2.4.1. Removal of a nave
