4.9.3.4.2. Check of a condition of details of the drive of the oil pump

It is necessary to check the following at details:

 – wear of teeths of the conducted gear wheel;
 – a gap between a basic washer and an end face of the case;
 – a radial gap between the case and the roller of the drive.

Wear of teeths is determined by a profile by measurement of thickness of tooth by a zubomer. At wear of teeths on thickness more than from initial thickness the gear wheel should be replaced with 0,15 mm.

Gap, admissible for further operation, between an end face and a basic washer – 0,25 mm.

The assembly radial gap for the roller is equal to 0,016-0,052 mm, admissible at wear – 0,1 mm.
