6.2.3.3. Springs of a back suspension bracket

At detection of cracks or deformation of rounds to replace a spring new. The springs intended for installation in a suspension bracket have to be one group. Belonging of springs to specific group is determined by loading with a control height of 229 mm. Springs of the first group are marked by one risky, the second – two.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check spring draft, previously прожав its three times before contact of rounds.
2. Then to squeeze a spring up to the control height of 229 mm, at the same time loading has to be for springs of the first group of 2925-3040 N (298–310 kgfs), for springs of the second group of 3040-3140 N (310–320 kgfs).

In case of draft if at compression up to the height of 299 mm of a spring with two risks have load of 2925-3040 N (298-310) kgfs, then can be used as springs of the first group.
