6.2.3.1. Beam of a back suspension bracket

To check a condition of a beam, levers, the amplifier, arms and cups of springs, welding seams, a carving in flanges, beams. In the presence of cracks or deformation of the specified details and welding seams – to replace a beam.

Carrying out welding works is not recommended as it can lead to violation of angles of installation of wheels which adjustment by a design is not provided, or to breakage, a beam or levers at further operation of the car.

At insignificant deformation of levers (a bend to 5 mm) their editing which is not breaking integrity of a surface of the lever is allowed, not planeness of 1 mm is allowed.

To check a condition of saylent-blocks of levers and a cross bar.

Saylent-bloki are subject to replacement at:

– gaps and the unilateral "vypuchivaniye" of rubber resulting in not coaxiality of the internal plug and plug of the lever more than on 2 mm;
– hardening and cracking of rubber;
– rubber lead over internal plugs.
