Grinding

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a head on a support, to insert the aligning core into the directing valve plug and to put on it a spring.

Prevention

Cores exist two various diameters: 1 – for the directing plugs of inlet valves and 2 – for the directing plugs of final valves.


2. To establish on a spindle a conic circle for saddles of final valves or a circle for saddles of inlet valves, to fix a spindle in the grinding machine and to proshlifovat a valve saddle.

At the time of contact of a circle with a saddle the machine has to be switched off, otherwise there will be a vibration and the facet will be wrong.

It is recommended to a thicket to make editing of a circle diamond.

After grinding to check a beating of a working facet concerning an axis of an opening of the directing plug which should not exceed 0,05 mm.

For saddles of final valves bring width of a working facet to the sizes specified rice.
