To check the internal diameter of plugs which has to make: for the forward plug – 48,084–48,104; for the back plug – 22,000–22,020. Maximum permissible wear of 0,15 mm. Also to check their press fitting in nests and coincidence of a lubricant opening in the forward plug with the channel in the block of cylinders (existence of a provorachivaniye of the plug).
For removal and installation of plugs at their replacement it is necessary to use a mandrel, observing the following:
– plugs have to be pressed in nests, at the same time the opening for oil in the forward plug has to be against the channel in the block of cylinders;
– plugs after a press fitting have to be finally processed and finished on internal diameter. To provide full coaxiality of plugs of a shaft, development which at the same time processes both plugs is applied to their operational development.
