Definition of a gap between a radical neck and an insert on a packing scale
|
1 scale;
2 the calibrated wire |
On inserts it is impossible to make any subracing operations. At teases, risks or peelings it is necessary to replace inserts.
Check of a gap between inserts and necks of a bent shaft
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To arrange a piece of the calibrated plastic wire on the checked neck. |
2. To establish covers with radical inserts and to tighten bolts of fastening of covers. Moment of an inhaling of 70-86 N m (78,6 kgfs ). |
3. To uncover also in size of flattening of a wire on a packing scale (fig. Definition of a gap between a radical neck and an insert) to determine gap size by a packing scale. |
|
The gap between necks of a bent shaft and inserts can also be determined by calculation, having measured diameters of radical necks, support under inserts and thickness of inserts (see the tab. Sets of inserts of bearings of the repair sizes and repair sizes of necks of a bent shaft).
Nominal assembly gap between inserts of radical bearings and necks of a bent shaft of 0,05-0,095 mm. If the gap exceeds the most admissible at wear (0,15 mm), inserts should be replaced repair after grinding of necks.
Sign of correctness of assembly and interface of necks to inserts is free rotation of a bent shaft.
