– to unscrew four polar screws by means of the press screw-driver and to take out poles, previously having noted on poles and the case of the place of their arrangement;
– to take out excitement coils from the case. |
4. Installation of new coils of excitement needs to be made upside-down taking into account the following:
– to lower polar screws before installation in natural drying oil;
– to establish poles with coils strictly on tags and, having parted them on diameter, to fix by polar screws;
– to establish and fuller screws on a vent after their inhaling |
| 5. To check a condition of brushes and ease of their movement in brush holders. To replace the brushes having height of 6-7 mm. |
6. To examine and check a condition of a winding of an anchor and a working surface of a collector:
– to clear the polluted collector a glass skin granularity 80 or 100 then to blow a starter compressed air;
– at a considerable roughness of a collector and a vystupaniya of mica between its plates to pierce a collector on the turning or special machine;
– after a pro-point to smooth out a collector surface a glass skin granularity 80 or 100;
– not to cut mica between plates of a collector of a starter as copper brush dust with dirt will jam into flutes that can break normal work of a starter;
– the collector beating in relation to pins of a shaft should not exceed 0,05 mm, and purity of processing of a surface has to be not less class Ra of-1,25 microns. |
7. To check effort of pressing of brushes springs. Effort of pressing of brushes to check a dynamometer. It has to be in limits
