The engine is equipped with microprocessor system of ignition (MPSZ).

Characteristic of MPSZ in comparison with classical system is the task of the moment of ignition and management of a corner of its advancing of an electronic way. MPSZ performs also function of the economizer of compulsory idling (ECI).

MPSZ includes: two inductive sensors, one of which registers a certain provision of a bent shaft, and another – its movement; controller (electronic control unit); two two-output coils of ignition, one of which serves the 1 and 4 cylinders (K3 1, 4), and another – the 2 and 3 cylinders (K3 2, 3); the sensor screw for registration of a closed position of a butterfly valve and the electromagnetic valve for shutdown of supply of fuel on the mode of compulsory idling.

In addition MPSZ uses a signal of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid that ensures functioning of the engine at its insufficient warming up by correction of a corner of an advancing of ignition. Besides, depression size in an inlet collector of the engine for the purpose of correction of a corner of an advancing of ignition depending on loading is considered.
