The spare wheel is placed under half of the luggage compartment in the holder 2 who from the fuel tank is fixed in floor cross-piece arms, and from the luggage compartment – is locked by the lock of 1 holder of a spare wheel.
Opening and locking of the lock is made by rotation of a head of a bolt of the lock of the holder located on the back panel of the luggage compartment. Access to a head of a bolt is possible only at an open door of a back and the unbent upholstery of half of the luggage compartment.

1. To get a spare wheel, it is necessary to rotate the key (1) which is available in a set of the enclosed tool a bolt head counterclockwise. |
| 2. At the same time the hook of the lock of the holder together with the holder of a spare wheel moves down a carving surface of a bolt against the stop to a restrictive nut of a bolt. |
| 3. At further rotation of a head of a bolt a lock hook, turning together with a bolt around a rotation axis, releases the fixing element of the holder of a spare wheel. |
| 4. To lock the spare wheel laid in the holder it is necessary to hook on the fixing holder's element a lock hook. |
| 5. Rotating a lock bolt head clockwise, provide reliable fixing of a spare wheel between the holder and half of the luggage compartment. |

The design of the mechanism of fastening of a spare wheel of the car with a body "pickup" is similar. The bolt of the lock of the holder is located in a back part of a cargo platform.
