On the AZLK-2141-01 cars (body - "hatchback"), the AZLK-2335-pikap and their modifications the different transmissions differing from each other in coupling cases are installed depending on engine type (see rice. Transmission 2141-1700009-01 and 2335-1700009 (left-side view) and Transmission 21412-1700009-01 and 23352-1700009 (left-side view)) and transfer numbers of gear wheels of the main transfer.
Transmission case (see rice. The scheme of operation of the transmission), the case of the main transfer, a wall of a case of coupling and a cover of the transmission form the uniform lubrication system for the transmission and the main transfer.
Capacity of the lubrication system is 3,4 liters. During an initial stage of operation of the car (1,5–2,0 thousand km) for improvement extra earnings of details of the engine it is not recommended to use the fifth transfer.
For extension of service life of synchronizers of the transmission it is recommended to switch transfers smoothly.
Care of the transmission consists in verification of oil in a case, its doliva if necessary to the level (the lower edge of a maslozalivny opening), check of an inhaling of threaded connections of cases and covers, bolts of flanges of half shafts. Replacement of oil is made on the heated-up transmission on the new car through 1,5–2,0 thousand km of a run and further through each 60 thousand km.
