11.6.3.6.1. Check of the sensor screw

The sensor screw is checked on the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove the plug from a sensor screw conclusion and to connect the released conclusion to one of conclusions of a control lamp. To connect the second conclusion of a lamp to a positive pole of electric network (+12 V). At completely closed butterfly valve the control lamp has to burn.

2. If the lamp does not burn, then it is required to tighten the sensor screw clockwise until fire of a control lamp. After that it is necessary to check the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft idling, its value has to be within 850±50 ^min.-1.

3. If to open a butterfly valve, the control lamp has to go out. If it does not occur, then the sensor screw is faulty (short circuit of motionless contact on the car case).
