PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To examine the surfaces of friction of a flywheel and a press disk, having paid attention to absence of scratches, zadir, забоин and wear tracks.
2. To check an axial beating of a flywheel which should not exceed 0,2 mm. If the beating is more specified, it should be eliminated. Otherwise vents of a nave of the conducted disk will intensively wear out and to be observed jolting and pulling in operating time of coupling.
3. To check a buckling of a press disk. At identification of a buckling it should be eliminated with grinding.
4. After grinding of a working surface of a press disk its general thickness determined by the size A (see rice. Minimum admissible thickness of a press disk), has to be not less than 20,25 mm, otherwise there will be an inadmissible decrease in working effort of a diaphragm spring.
5. The surface of friction of a disk after grinding has to be flat, the allowed concavity – no more than 0,08 mm. Camber is not allowed at all. Purity of a surface after grinding has to be not lower than 1,6 microns.
6. At considerable iznosa of a press disk or its buckling it is recommended to replace coupling new.
7. In a stamped casing of coupling it is necessary to check a condition of openings under adjusting pins and bolts of fastening. Ovality of three openings 8 (see rice. Press a clutch plate with a casing assembled) under adjusting pins should not exceed 0,13 mm, and depth of damage of a basic surface under heads of bolts around fixing openings 9 has to be no more than 0,25 mm.
8. On a basic surface of a flange of a casing there have to be flat accurate platforms not less than 0,75 mm wide around diameters of six fixing openings and three openings under adjusting pins.
9. It is necessary to pay attention to lack of jammings in the forward bearing of a main shaft of the transmission.
10. To attentively examine working surfaces of frictional overlays of the conducted disk from the point of view of lack of traces of lubricant and dirt.
11. At detection of traces of oil in a case of coupling to establish the reasons of its penetration (malfunction, wear of epiploons, etc.) and to eliminate them.
12. It is necessary to check a condition of shliyets in a nave of the conducted disk and on primary to a transmission shaft.
13. It is necessary to examine the ends of petals of a diaphragm spring in places of their contact with the coupling switching off bearing.
14. If after a zashlifovka of surfaces of the worn-out ends of petals reduction of their sizes does not exceed specified rice. Press a clutch plate with a casing assembled, press the disk is suitable for further operation.
15. At wear or breakage of details of the conducted disk (excepting wear of working surfaces of frictional slips), loss of elasticity of spring plates 3 (see rice. The conducted clutch plate assembled), a buckling of the conducted disk (if it does not manage to be corrected), existence of cracks on a plate of the 5th damper or the conducted disk 13 assembled it is necessary to replace a disk new.
16. It is necessary to change frictional slips at emergence on them of cracking, considerable wear (at reduction of a utopaniye of heads of fixing rivets of rather working surface of slips to 0,2 mm), at uneven wear and unilateral teases of slips. For this purpose in spare parts the set 2141-1601954 is delivered (frictional slips with rivets).
17. On a new disk the utopaniye of rivets has to make 1,5 mm (see rice. The conducted clutch plate assembled).
18. Thickness of the conducted disk (size B) in the compressed state at effort of 3700 N
(377 kgfs), has to be within 7,4–8,0 mm (see rice. The conducted clutch plate assembled).
19. At installation of the lever 4 (see rice. Adjustment of the drive of switching off of coupling) B tag at an end face of a shaft has to be in the middle of a cut of the lever.
20. Moment of an inhaling of a nut of fastening of the lever of 15-20 N · m (1,5–2 kgfs · м).
21. Installation of coupling on the engine is carried out by means of the special device for centering of the conducted disk (see rice. Coupling installation assembled on an engine flywheel).
22. The acting part of the conducted disk has to be turned to a press disk.
23. The coupling casing assembled with a press disk is established on three adjusting pins pressed in a flywheel.
24. To wrap bolts of fastening of a press disk on diagonal on one turn every time. Moment of an inhaling of 14-18 N · m (1,4–1,8 kgfs · м).
25. The directing plug of the bearing of switching off of coupling and basic plugs of a shaft are greased with LSTs-15 lubricant.
26. The cable of the drive of coupling is greased with Litol-24 lubricant.
27. The roller of a pedal of coupling and its plugs are greased with graphite lubricant of SKA 2/6-GZ.
