| 1. For check of the working course it is necessary to measure a ruler or a caliper a difference of the sizes A (see rice. Adjustment of the drive of switching off of coupling) defining distance between inflow on a case of coupling and an end face of a head of the external lever 4 shaft of switching off of coupling at released and pressed against the stop in a coupling pedal floor rug. |
| 2. If the received difference does not correspond to the required working course of the lever, equal 15–17 mm, it should be established by adjustment of connection of a tip of 1 cover of a cable and the carving plug 3. |
| 3. For increase in the course of the lever it is necessary to screw together the carving plug 3 from a tip 1, increasing cover length, at the same time the pedal of coupling rises and respectively the lever 4 course will increase. |
| 4. For reduction of the course of the lever 4 it is necessary to navorachivat the carving plug 3 on a tip 1, reducing cable cover length. One turn of the carving plug corresponds to about 1,5 mm of change of the course of the lever of a shaft of switching off of coupling. |
| 5. After the end of adjustment it is necessary to zakontrit a nut 2 (not to tighten strongly since it can lead to cracking of the plastic plug 3). |
| 6. The working course of the lever of a shaft of 15-17 mm corresponds to the course of a pedal of coupling of 125 mm. |
| 7. At correctly adjusted coupling on the car with the started engine of a predach of a backing has to join easily and without extraneous noises after 3-second endurance of a pedal in the pressed state. |
