Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect wires from the plug "" the rechargeable battery and to disconnect a shtekerny block of the electric motor of a screen wiper from a shtekerny block of a plait of wires (see rice. Electric motor arm detachment).

2. To remove brushes 2 (see rice. A screen wiper 31.5205-02) with levers 3, having cast away caps of 6 levers and having turned off nuts of the 7th fastening of levers.

3. To remove the external lower panel of a front (see rice. Removal of the lower external panel of a front).

4. To turn off nuts 10 (see rice. A screen wiper 31.5205-02) fastenings of adjusting plugs of 4 shaft of levers to arms on a body.

5. To remove from an axis of a reducer of draft of the 8 and 11 screen wiper with a crank 12.

6. To turn off three bolts (see rice. Electric motor arm detachment) of fastening of an arm of the electric motor.

7. To remove a protective cover of the electric motor, and then a motor-reducer of I (see rice. Screen wiper 31.5205-02).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To make installation in the return sequence. To grease the rubbing surfaces of fingers of leads and a crank with plastic lubricant. At installation of levers with brushes to check that leads 14 were in the left situation on the car course.
