11.6.1.2. Dismantling, survey, check and repair of the generator

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unscrew two screws 19 (see rice. Generator 581.3701) of fastening of the regulator 20 of tension to a cover 24 generators and to remove tension regulator with the brush holder 15 and a casing 18.

2. To unscrew two screws in the brush holder and to disconnect the brush holder from tension regulator.

3. To turn off a nut of fastening of a shtekerny block of a conclusion "0" generators, to disconnect a block from a tip of a wire and to remove it.

4. To unscrew coupling screws.

5. To uncover 24 together with the stator 28.

6. To disconnect phase conclusions of a winding of the 29th stator from conclusions on the vypryamitelny block 26 in a cover from contact rings.

7. To turn off a nut of 1 fastening of a pulley 3 and to remove it.

8. To remove the fan 4, the remote plug 6 and to take out a spline 10.

9. To uncover 5 a rotor shaft.

To make survey, check and repair of the generator as well as at the G-222 generator (see subsection 11.5.1).
