11.5.3.5.1. Check of the microswitch

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On the mode of idling to remove the plug connected with a violet wire from a microswitch conclusion.
2. To connect the released conclusion of the microswitch to one of conclusions of a control lamp, to connect its second conclusion to "mass" of the car. On this mode the lamp has to be extinguished.
3. Watching a control lamp, to smoothly increase the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft by opening of a butterfly valve. The control lamp has to light up until emergence of "the self-oscillatory mode" of operation of the engine.
4. If the control lamp burns already on the idling mode (early adjustment of operation of the microswitch) or lights up after the beginning moment of "the self-oscillatory mode" (late adjustment of operation of the microswitch), then it is necessary to adjust installation of the microswitch.
5. For this purpose it is necessary to weaken the screw fixing a mobile arm on which the microswitch is fixed.
6. Rotating the adjusting screw located on an arm to pick up required position of the microswitch and to tighten the screw.
7. If the control lamp does not light up at any provision of a butterfly valve, then the microswitch is faulty.
8. After check to install the removed plug into place.

Prevention

Early adjustment of operation of the microswitch reduces overall performance of EPHH up to total loss of effect (when contacts of the microswitch are closed at completely released pedal of management of a butterfly valve). Late adjustment of operation of the microswitch leads to breakthroughs of the car at the movement at a small speed, in particular, at slow driving by a backing. Therefore it is expedient to seek for installation of the microswitch on perhaps late adjustment, without allowing emergence of "the self-oscillatory mode".

The simplified adjustment of position of the microswitch at which try to obtain operation of the microswitch within a free wheeling of the mechanism of the drive of a butterfly valve is allowed. About operation of the microswitch when carrying out such adjustment judge by characteristic clicks.
