|
|
Current does not pass through contacts of the breaker:
| |
|
– contacts of the breaker are polluted, oxidized or burned; the hillock and a crater on contacts was formed (erosion); excessively big gap between contacts or weakening of a clamping spring;
|
– to smooth out contacts and to adjust a gap between them; when weakening a clamping spring to replace contact group;
|
|
– fastening is weakened or tips of wires in chains of low voltage, break in wires or their short circuit with "weight" are oxidized;
|
– to check wires and them, connections, to replace the damaged wires;
|
|
– the ignition switch is faulty: contacts "15/1" and "30/1" do not become isolated;
|
– to check and if necessary to replace the switch or its contact part;
|
|
– the condenser (short circuit) is punched;
|
– to replace the condenser;
|
|
– break in primary winding of the coil of ignition.
|
– to replace the ignition coil
|
|
Contacts of the breaker are not disconnected:
|
|
|
– adjustment of a gap between contacts of the breaker is broken;
|
– to adjust a gap between contacts;

High voltage to spark plugs does not move:

– wear or damage of a contact piece of coal, its lag in an ignition distributor cover;
|
– to check, if necessary to replace a cover;
|
|
– leakage of current through cracks or progara in an ignition distributor cover, through a deposit or moisture on an internal surface of a cover;
|
– to check, clear a cover of moisture and a deposit, to replace a cover if on it there are cracks;
|
|
– leakage of current through cracks or progara in an ignition distributor rotor;
|
– to check, if necessary to replace a rotor;
|
|
– the resistor in an ignition distributor rotor burned down;
|
– to replace the resistor;
|
|
– break or short circuit on "mass" of a secondary winding of the coil of ignition.
|
– to replace the ignition coil
|
|
The order of accession of wires of high voltage to contacts of a cover of the distributor of ignition is broken.
|
To check, attach wires in an operating procedure of cylinders 1-3-4-2.
|
|
The gap between electrodes of candles does not meet standard or spark plugs were made oily.
