The control unit is checked on the car.


1. Smoothly opening a butterfly valve, to increase the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft to the value exceeding 1500 min.-1 and to record this situation.
2. To remove the plug from one of microswitch conclusions. At the same time there has to be "a self-oscillatory mode" of operation of the engine which is followed by a pulsation of frequency of its rotation. Emergence of self-oscillations of this process is explained by the fact that at increase in frequency of rotation up to 1500 min.-1 electric link of conclusions "1" and "2" blocks is broken that leads to shutdown of supply of fuel in the engine. As at the same time the frequency of rotation decreases, after its falling lower than 1140 min.-1 there is a restoration of the specified communication, i.e. there occur renewal of supply of fuel and the frequency of rotation increases. Further the specified process cyclically repeats with the period about 1-2 pages.
3. If it is not possible to cause "the self-oscillatory mode", and the electromagnetic valve and a pneumatic valve of EPHH have no defect, then the control unit is faulty and needs replacement.
4. An inspection of the control unit can be carried out by means of a control lamp (12 V) by direct control of frequencies of rotation with which there is an operation of the block, according to indications of a tachometer. For what to disconnect from the microswitch the plug connected with a white wire (+12 V), and from a conclusion of the electromagnetic valve – the plug connected with a violet wire.
5. To put on the plug disconnected from the microswitch that will provide passing of current through a winding of the electromagnetic valve the released conclusion of the electromagnetic valve. To connect one of conclusions of a control lamp to the plug removed from the electromagnetic valve, and the second conclusion – with "mass" of the car.
