11.8.4. Radio equipment

The radio equipment consists of the radio receiver "Bylina-RP320A-41", two loudspeakers 5GDSh-5-8 and AP108 antennas.

The radio receiver is inserted into a rectangular opening of a front surface of a casing and fastens in it by means of two screws in the lower and tail part of the radio receiver. The radio receiver installed thus is rigidly fixed in a casing from movements in the vertical and horizontal planes. Then the subcollected knot of the radio receiver with a casing fastens from below to the central part of the dashboard by means of four screws with lamellar nuts.

Loudspeakers 5GDSh-5-8 are established in the corresponding nests at the edges of the dashboard and fasten two screws everyone.

From above they are covered dashboards with the punched surface in a zone of installation of loudspeakers. Through a connecting cable loudspeakers are connected to the corresponding conclusions of the radio receiver.

The AP108 antenna is installed in a back part of a forward left wing of the car. The top part of the antenna is fixed by means of a cap nut in a wing opening, and the lower part of the case of the antenna is installed in the rubber plug which is in an arm.

The arm is welded on a mudguard.

The antenna wire via side panels of a body is entered into salon and by means of a special portable nest is connected to the radio receiver.

Promotion of probes of the antenna is made by means of a special key from an antenna set.

Repair of the failed knots of the radio equipment is made only by forces of specialized workshops.
