Adjustment of level of fuel in the float-operated camera of DAAZ-2141, DAAZ-2140-50 and DAAZ-2140-70 carburetors

Adjustment of level of fuel in the float-operated camera is carried out through each 30 thousand km, and also at the increased fuel consumption, replacement of the needle valve or a float.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover 1 carburetor and to be convinced that the float 8 has no dents and holes freely shakes on an axis, and its weight together with the mass of the lever is equal (12±1) g.
2. To check saddle inhaling density 2 needle valves in a cover 1 and lack of jammings of a ball of the 5th needle valve 4.
3. To establish a cover 1 vertically by the fuel supply union up. At the same time the needle valve 4 has to be closed, and the uvula of the 7th lever of a float to touch a ball of the 5th needle valve, without squeezing a ball spring.
4. To check in this situation a gap And between a middle part of a float and the surface of the laying 9 which is densely pressed to a cover flange. The gap has to be equal (6,5±0,25) mm. If necessary it is careful to turn in a uvula 7 for receiving the required gap. 2. In this situation to check a gap between each float and laying 4, skintight to a cover. The gap has to be identical under each float and is equal (1±0,25) mm. The basic surface of a uvula has to be perpendicular axes of the needle valve 3 and should not have dents and забоин. Prevention

It is necessary to check installation of a float always when replacing a float or the needle valve; in the latter case it is necessary to replace also sealing laying of the valve.
